[FIXED] [Warlock] Malefic Grasp vs PvP (critical bug)

Bug description: the second part of the spell

it causes all of your other periodic Affliction damage effects to instantly deal 30% of their normal periodic damage.

ignores pvp resilience and you end up with that 30% from a tick to be higher than the tick itself.

I will explain how I tested this bug so it's very easy to reproduce:
I used the recount addon .
I din't use anything that could enhance malefic grasp - like grimoire of sacrifice.

First I casted only malefic grasp , then only Corruption https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=172&&name=corruption and then Corruption+malefic grasp on a forest animal to know exactly how recount sees each spell dmg

What I got is this:
In the recount addon you get these figures:
-https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=172&&name=corruption dmg apears as "Corruption(dot)"
-malefic grasps dmg apears as "malefic grasp"
-and the 30% triggered dmg from Corruption appears as "Corruption"

So what I got was this :
-Corruption(dot) - 1778
-Corruption - 553
And is all good cause 553 is ~30% from 1778.

Then I tested it on a player with ~75% pvp resilience
What I got was this :
-Corruption(dot) - 495
-Corruption - 600

The correct number should have been 30%*495 = 148

So you can see that the triggered 30% is actually higher than the dot itself and it's even higher than the dmg on the forrest animal because of the pvp power (i had 13%) .

And you can see that it ignores resilience because
1778*1.13(pvp power)= 2009
and 30% frm 2009 is 602 - a very close number to the 600 I got on the player.

I think this is a critical bug because of the obvious - lock has 3 dots . With malefic grasp they can trigger 3 even more powerful ticks every ~0.7 seconds(?)

For a good test don't use weapons with enchants, proc trinkets and proc cloacks.

As I said in my first post and tested .. this is the dmg from the 30% part of Malefic grasp

So in the first scren you can see that UA aflictions dots are doing in average 3300 dmg and in the second scren you can see that the 30% ticks from Malefic grasp are doing more dmg - an average of 5000 when it should have been 30%*3300 = ~1000

note: the damage you see in this recount is from an arena game

6 more screens with damage from all dots (agony, UA and Corruption) and their 30%(MG) counterpart. The screens are taken after a test on a full pvp mage.

I did not tested this in arenas on freakz , but on blizz indeed the values between Corruption(dot) - Corruption and others are like he is saying .

So yeah this is the reason why affliction locks are "op" in arenas ( not because of PvE gear ) . Probably shocker forgot to modify the ticks from malefic grasp to consider player rezil .

@shocker if you change it I think it should be the same for drain soul as well .

But please dont change them by mistake to influence PvE as well .
