Bug description: The following part doesn't work

If used on a casting target, it will counter the enemy's spellcast, preventing any spell from that school of magic from being cast for 6 seconds.

I can confirm what you say. The idea is that the spell doesn't work at all because it requires energy.

Still bugged. Now only silences but there is no lock for 6 seconds.
