[FIXED] [Warlock][Spell][Destruction]Chaos Bolt

Bug description: This spell works incorrectly. On the spell is written 28794 DMG without crit. When you critically hit should be 2 x 28794 DMG. My critical always be ~43000 DMG.
Next, Chaos Bolt always critically strikes. In addition, the damage is increased by your critical strike chance. It also don't works.

My stats 2488+46386 SP=48874+1,24%=49480+[10,91%(5398crit dmg)+46,25%=(22884mastery dmg)]

49480=2488+(258,75% of Spell Power)--\
5398=10,91%(5398crit dmg) ---------------> (77762) From:(49480+5398+22884) -->77762*2+1,22%=157421 CRIT (157k-+ with spell fixed, cu stats ce le am eu aici )
22884=46,25%=(22884mastery dmg)----/

confirm si eu ca dmgul clar nu este marit de crit chance iar in legatura cu formula presimt ca ceva nu merge bine deloc, cei care au jucat mop stiu bine cum loveste chaosbolt si in nici un caz mai putin ca incinerate

and the Resilience seems to work fine....
