Bug description: 1.Cremation seems to proc from other spells, not only conflagrate OR 2. Cremation has a chance to double proc

Tested in a duel it seems to be working properly ( conflagrate/ cremation = 1/1 ratio). Damn that was a fast one... You really stand by Your name ...
