Character name: Varok
Bug description: As you can see in all the Videos below your Mastery "Deep Wounds" is not getting applied from Mortal Strike,Bladestorm,Execute. Cleave only works on AoE Groups and Bosses completly Ignore Deep Wounds doesnt matter what kind of spells you are casting.

Confirmed.If u log out as arms spec atm and log in back again,arms mastery gets disabled.Try to change spec,then change back to arms,this solved the problem for me for now.
