Bug description: It consumes 80 Rage when it should do 60. The absorb is the same without being influenced by the cost.
Proof: It can be easily tested.

Confirm. The tooltip is clear - "consumes up to 60 rage, not "60 additional rage. Don't test the absorb value but the spell shouldn't consume 80 rage.
