[FIXED] [Warrior][Talent] Ravager number of ticks

WoW Freakz spell link: Ravager(arms),Ravager(protection)
Bug description: As of now haste reduces the duration of Ravager. However the tick timer is still 1 second, so that means we're losing damage ticks because of the shortened duration. Ravager should instead have a fixed duration of 7 seconds, and 7 ticks of damage.
Note: This is not applied to Bladestorm, which is working fine. Bladestorm has both duration and tick timer reduced by haste.

Longer duration was obviously achieved by lowering my haste, you can see that i'm half naked in one of the screenshots
