[FIXED] [World Event] Feast of Winter Veil

Items:
[FIXED] - Rotten Helper Box should be added to Stolen Present
[FIXED] - Foot Ball should be added to Stolen Present
[FIXED] - The Pig Skin should be added to Stolen Present
[FIXED] - Crashin Trashin Flyer Controller can't be ontained by players who opened they're presents in previous expnasions.
[FIXED] - Winter veil gifts, aren't available for players who already opened them (should be repeatable every year).
[FIXED] - Stolen Presents contains the 378ilvl version of Minature Winter Veil Tree instead of the ilvl 480.
[FIXED] - Stolen Presents should contain Clockwerk Rocket Bot on a 3% drop chance.

Achievements:
[FIXED] - Crashin-Trashin can't be achieved since the racer got no abilities.

Bug description: It should give you a present, containing various stuff... It doesn't give anything and it just says : "Greetings" and i saw a few people bragging about the same problem.

People that finished the present opening before mists of pandaria cannot get the crashin' trashin' flyer from the winter veil gift as its not repeteable. There should be another quest specifically for the flyer which is this one but you cannot get it from the present (shows the ? and all but no quest is given even for new characters)


Crashin' and thrashin' doesn't work because the racer has no abilities, the racer also has no model and is invisible unless you /target

Stolen Present , a reward from You're a mean one (Horde) & You're a mean one (Alliance) is containing the 378 (regular firelands ilvl) version of Miniature Winter Veil Tree , as of 5.1 it should instead give Miniature Winter Veil Tree of ilvl 480.

It will be inside a gift called Winter Veil Gift.

Upon looting you will receive this FoS called They're Both Footballs?

As for the achievement upon looting both items you should receive a FoS which some players didn't receive.
