[FIXED] [World Event] Love is in the Air 10.02.2016 - 22.02.2016

Please post any bugs (with proof if possible) that you have encountered during and regarding the World Event. Check this guide (link will be posted soon) if you have problems with completing the achievement that rewards the Elder title

Bug description: Kill credit for quest isn't spawned => You can't use the provided quest item on the guards.

the only thing not working right now is the dungeon. Please make the dungeon farmable so we can get our mounts. Don't put the loot in hc only.

It's not my decision but being able to farm it is not how it should work.

You can't obtain http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=1693/fool-for-love if you are alliance because the chain quest https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=24655&name=something-stinks doesn't work.( guards have no perfume on them so you can't use https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=50131&snagglebolt-s-air-analyzer)

Weird, cause I have the achievement, but with the red bouquet. Maybe the black rose bouquet doesn't activate, that needs a fix if so.
