[FIXED] [monk][Windwalker] Effuse vs teleport in arena

Bug description: This is the strangest bug I encountered so far.. and this happened to me 2 times . Once in Ruins of Lorderon Arena and once in Tol'Viron arena.
Basically what happed is that after I spammed 5-6 effuses standing still ..once I completed an effuse cast I got teleported near my transcedence clone https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=101643 (wowhead link)
after I cast another Effuse I teleported to my original position. And from there anythime I cast an effuse I teleport back and forth.

I can't record but is easy to reproduce

just put down a portal and start spamming effuse
after a while you will start to teleport
