[FIXED] [shaman][enhancement] Boulderfist deals too much damage in pvp

Bug description: deals more damage than it should

with the increase from itself 5% and the 8% agility increase from landslide it deals ~139k noncrit dmg

at 1:50 we can see that the shamy hits the hunter for 92k first and then for 104k with the same increases 5% + 8% agility

the video is from 26 january so after the 17 january 15% increase hotfix

So with all increases I did 114k
In the video the shamy did 104 but the video was frm 26 january and in 21 february enhance got a 10% agility buff.
let's say 10% agility transfers into 10% dmg.
104 x 1.1 = ~114k exactly like in my test.

So the spell works ok right now.
