Firelands, item finder, help needed!

Anyhow, I got my warr to 90, and being the transmog whore I am, I got addicted to this transmog set I found browsing the webs. The only problem is that it fits rly good with these boots that drop from Firelands! They are too high item level to be obtained by voting, and Item Finder on the site isnt helping at all! :C Do you guys by any chance now, is Firelands even open? Can it be done?

FL wasn't working except for Majordomo during 4.3 and I don't think they worked on it since.

Firelands is open (recently fixed). However only Majordomo Staghelm is active currently, other bosses are friendly since they never got the time to script those back in Cataclysm. My understanding is they did Majordomo Staghelm to enable people to make the (4) sets of the Tier-12 work.

Other bosses are reserved for a Junior Scripter (when someone applies), so DEVs can see how good / bad the new addition is. This is what a member of the team answered in a different Firelands topic.

Currently we don't have enough developers to cover all content. Now Mists of Pandaria pve is a prio. Those old content releases ( Sinestra \ Cho'gal \ Conclave of Wind \ etc ) are available because I had scripts done when this server was on 4.3.4 but I didn't had chance to implement them. Firelands eta .. don't know, maybe after phase 1 of our dev plan, depends.

Agree also, I believe they capped the ilvl gear (372)? Because of the entry gear into Pandaria. But even if you have ilvl of low 400s it still wont impact overall gameplay for everyone. I havent seen a ilvl min that low for anything Pandaria(dungeon/raid wise) It would only really benefit the older content dungeons and raids or pvp really. and that is pretty much not important to the end game.

also, Firelands have alot of epic transmog gear, and would make people happy.
