Bug description: Not sure what to classify this as. The Freak NPC in the starting zone tells me: "You are unable to benefit from the level 110 boost.)

Yes you did. You boosted character paladin "Luxdix". It has the boost bundle gear + Hearthsteed.

This character was inactive for 4 months and 1 week, you may have forgot about it.
