Am testat cu 20 frostfire orburi si nu au procuit niciodata fingers of forst sau brain freeze.

That's just because, at this moment, FFO doesn't count to caster's damage. Is more like a "standalone" object when it's released(noticed it has no aggro effects?). Actually this is the bug, not the fact that it doesn't trigger procs.
