currently doesn't matter whether you stand in it or not, or even whether charged smash has been cast

they cast https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=226206&&name=arcane-reconstitution without any castbar sometimes or even while stuned.
Don't have it recorded but i am sure a lot of players expirenced it in highers keys and unless you got good single target burst this can take quite a lot of time

Bug Description: This has been posted before, but I need to bring in some more details. What actually happens is that the spell is casted on the mob's aggro target, and moves after it. So, for example, if the trash mob is targeting me, he starts casting and I just go behind him to avoid the visual part(which is working fine), it will just stun me anyway cause the actual damage and stun effect rotates after me. The spell should spawn a trigger on the spot I was when he started the cast and then doing it's effects on that trigger, allowing me and the other players to avoid the stun.
The only way for tanks to avoid this right now is to run away from the add, out of the range of the visual effect. For mdps, you just have to stay behind it, as long as the tank knows what to do.

It's complicated to script cone damage (remember Malkorok). Won't bother with it.

I can understand that but I think this bug is important enough to bother with it. And that's because right now mythic keystones are a big part of the game, and will still be for future patches. So It's my opinion that you should focus on making them as blizzlike as you can. These trash mobs are really cancer right now because of this bug.
And also there are many other similar abilites in the game that work as they should, so I'm guessing it's not an impossible thing to fix.
Or maybe you can get a more experienced dev have a look on this? Thinking

[Nighthold] Volatile Scorpid cannot be killed

Bug description: I don't know if it's a rare bug or why it happen, but sometimes Volatile Scorpid can't be killed in Nighthold. They continue to deal damages incresing they're damage everytime with Boon of the Scorpid (wowhead link).

Maw of Souls, Seacursed Slaver. Swirling Muck animation seems okay but it puts a debuff instead of a aoe on the floor where the effect is placed.. and it stays on the target untill it expires or you leave combat, it should be applied to the enemy that stands in the aoe effect on the ground.
