Upgrade-ul hardware este aproape complet, a durat atat de mult pentru ca am intampinat diverse probleme neasteptate, printre care cea mai mare la cooler-ul unuia din cele 2 procesoare, din pacate pana maine doar 1 procesor va fi activ cand vom cumpara inca un cooler si il vom instala. Asta inseamna inca un downtime maine (mult mai scurt, probabil 30 minute doar) si totodata faptul ca abia maine o sa avem capacitate maxima la noul server.

Vechiul hardware de pe Genesis este acum pe Exodus, deci exista posibilitatea sa apara foarte mici imbunatatiri pe Exodus (zic foarte mici pentru ca momentan Exodus nu avea nevoie de hardware upgrade, nu era chinuit)

The hardware upgrade is partially complete, it took this long because we encountered various unepxected problems, the main one being about the cooler of one of the to CPUs, unfortunately only 1 CPU is active until tomorrow when we'll buy & install the second cooler so we can use both CPUs. This means another downtime (but much shorter, 30 minutes max hopefully) tomorrow and also means that only starting from tomorrow we'll have the new server at full capacity.

The old hardware from Genesis is now on Exodus, so there is a possibility we may se a very slight improvement on Exodus (I say very slight because currently Exodus didn't need a hardware upgrade)

super! am ramas placut surprins, doar 500W sursa - fireste procesoarele sunt de 95W si nu folosesti alte componente in afara celor onboard. cpu meu consuma 100 -
