[Halls of Valor] Skovald damage bug

Bug description: Skovald does way too much damage with felblaze rush and the fact that he casts it regularily makes it impossible to survive. You need to have HP 95%+ to be able to survive each one. And right after Ragnaroks he instacasts a felblaze rush wich one shots 1-3 players. The damage was recorded on Mythic Keystone 15. We failed our key last week too on this dungeon for the same reason.
