Havoc vs Infernal Cinders

Bug description: Infernal Cinders does not proc from Felblade, Chaos Strike and Blade Dance. All 3 spells are melee attacks. And when you go into Metamorphosis and change CS and BD into Annihilation and Death Sweep they don't proc it either.
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/O2imX0o 3 screenshots for all 3 spells. Only time it procs is after a Melee Auto Attack.

Confirmed.

Infernal Cinders doesn't proc from Felblade/Chaos Strike or Blade Dance.
But 1 out of 2 auto-attacks procs it.
