Heirloom Vendor sells the wrong version

Bug description: Brawlers's Razor Claws sold by Paul North in the Brawl'gar Arena isn't adding to my Heirloom collection because they're the wrong version

Provided are the Screenshots of my Equipped items, Collections, Heirloom Collections (which says he sells the correct version) and the Vendor who sells two versions of the item. Neither one being added to my Heirloom Collection
