[Hellfire Peninsula] The Eyes of Grillok

Bug description:
1) The quest item disables the using character's animation when used successfully (until shapeshift or logout);
2) When you return the eye of grillok to the quest giver, it won't trigger completion (it spawns this guy that should give the player credit on click, but it despawns very quickly and i doubt it is even interactable)
