I can't do nothing in this mission https://www.wowhead.com/quest=46245/begin-construction . I see the table but i can't donate supplies (i have 250 supplies in my bag). What i do ?

Hello. The buildings are built when 100% of the supplies have been reached. After which the buildings will give out buffs to players, which stay for 3 or 4 days. And after that, the buildings are expire and will need to be rebuilt again, where you can then complete your quest.
