It will change your IP number depending on what type of proxy you route through.

The reason it still says USA is because of the proxy your using. Some proxies will attempt to hide your ip address yet it will still send additional headers which will let the server know your original IP. You want the Proxies that have secure anonymity. on ProxyNova.com their called the Elite Proxies.

So um, I see something was done about forums and main site bcoz for couple of days I couldn't open any of them, not even with proxy which I've found only one working (sometimes...).

tried to connect w/o proxi and "log on server offline" message

try to connect with proxi and i get 900 - 7k ms


.. been 10 days now? lol i think is the longest any server i have played in have been unplayable

For people who said they can't find a good proxy, you can also try changing your realmlist to wow1.freakz.ro or wow2.freakz.ro, I managed to connect this way. Also for people who said they can't connect to a certain realm, you can try this:

For Genesis:

set realmlist wow1.freakz.ro
set realmname "Genesis - Romanian"

For Exodus:

set realmlist wow1.freakz.ro
set realmname "Exodus - International"

For Evolution:

set realmlist wow1.freakz.ro
set realmname "Evolution - Romanian"

You can also change the realmlist to wow.freakz.ro or wow2.freakz.ro or wow3.freakz.ro and keep trying I managed to connect on the 2nd try or so. I hope this helps someone.

Weird how this works. It shouldn't as the ddos targets the server, but I've experienced success with it as well so... yeh weird, but its limited, like I'm kicked a minute after logging in. But the realm alternatives come range from wow1 to wow5, as far as I'm aware.

Still it kicks me almost straight away, compared to a laggy 800-1500ms connection through proxifier.

Well I'm not sure how this works either, 2 days ago I could play for like an hour before I got kicked, but yesterday it didn't even work, so I guess proxyfier is still the most viable solution atm.

Suppose i must say goodbye this server

Sometimes i can play even without proxifier, but for the most i can't. Even logout unavailable and the only solution is "Alt+F4".
Today (as often) no proxy seems to works and proxifier respond with a funny

wow_freakz.exe - ak.worldofwarcraft.com.edgesuite.net:80 error : Could not connect through proxy 83.166.209.201:80 - Reading proxy replay on a connection request failed with error 10054



EDIT: Problem fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling proxifier. Oo Actually working fine on proxy 86.105.104.24:808.
