Bug description: Stomp is not affected by BW.

Confirmed. Stomp while casting Dire Beast while having Bestial Wrath on deals the same amount of damage as if you didn't have Bestial Wrath on during that time.
Tested on 1.11.2018.

Confirmed.

Bestial wrath doesn't apply damage increase on stomp when dire beast is casted and bestial wrath should increase any damage applied generally.
