Hunter third relic

I'm actually loosing my mind, game masters are ignoring me, when i post a ticket they tell me open a bug report i open it they denie it.
I have a problem, I can't unlock third relic on hunter (marks) and im not the only one. There are simply no quests in dalaran, class halls, or anywhere.
Please someone help me

Please tell us EXACTLY WHAT QUEST YOU ARE LOOKING FOR and WHERE! BUT EXACTLY, not "in dalaran class hall etc". Tell us quest name, npc name, etc and show us proof

The problem is that there are no quests, no in dalaran, no quests in class hall there aren't any quests at all and i've talked to few hunters some of them have the same problem.
Only quests I have are on SCOUTING MAP which i've done all but then i got more after i got more troops but I don't see a point in completing them since on other alts i've unlocked third relic doing few missions and i did like 20-30 on hunter. Name is salejoker can you please check logs or something because i'm on verge of deleting this hunter and creating a new one.
As of proof i can only take a few screenshots when i get home from work i dont know what else to screenshot.

ik about this there is that hunters lodge in dalaran check there also do couple missions on scouting map they should give you book like thing that will send you to Azsuna Azure wing respose then when u complete it u will get some more quests

same thing for my shadow priest, doesnt matter what you say its like we're not telling the truth. I've talked to multiple gms and even said in my forum post what quest i need (one from alonsus foul and the quest that takes me to EoA that is started in my hall then i complete the dungeon and finish my questline) the quests arent anywhere to be found for me and ive been trying to get help with it for days now

^^ I've already told you I DON'T KNOW what quests im looking for since i did all of them and I can't find any more of them, I've checked everywhere in dalaran and in my class halls there are no quests. As I've said I complained to this to some of 860+ hunters from my guild who unlocked the third relic and they said they don't know what is going on since they couldn't find quests. Please help.

same with me for shadow priest ive done them all until they stopped appearing and 4 other priests 850+ have tried to help me and all they can say is it seems the next questline for me (and you in your case) just never appeared, even if we go to the npc we need to nothing is there.

I replied in my post exactly who i need (yalia sagewhisper and zabra hexx for shadow priest, also a quest from alonsus foul, the quest that will take me to EoA that is given from sagewhisper that will give me those 2 followers and after i get those im supposed to get more quests from alonsus foul but like i said in my post the quests never appeared for me from the quest givers and i didnt miss any quests leading to it)

as i said u must look around dalaran run around and npc will say for example Bryaniscool, i have to talk with you! then it will give you quest to go to classhall if u did that quest then go to scouting map and do quest that will give you book that will send you to azure wing respose then u will get quest chain

As i've said before there are no quests related to artifact's third slot, not in dalaran and not in class hall

Shocker can you please reset my questchain or enable quests i deleted or abandoned which I don't know which, is there a way to check my logs or something ?
