I can't see the quest board in the hall of guardian

I can't see it, how am i supposed to start questing??

The scouting map is unlocked by doing the initial quests after obtaining your artifact weapons.

Thanks it worked, though I had to look up on youtube on how to finish the quest. The original quest that I made was bugged it sent me to northrend to complete the quest in zuldrak theres wasn't anyone there when i reached it, and so i abandoned the quest , even though my artifacts remain i still haven't completed the story, and i had no idea where to go afterwards. This is the definition of the worst possible start of the expansion, I hope it doesn't happen to any other person. I had to go to dalaran crates, and there wasn't any quest there ! I waited for a week , and I asked so much on the global chat, until some players guided me, they kept on insisting me to go to dalaran crates, until i finally went there, and to my surprise there was a quest there ! That wasn't present before, even though i doubled checked it one week ago. Now i finally fixed it. Thank you
