Bug description: This trinket is not working properly,sometimes don't get proc in 1.5min,other time i got 2 procs 1 after 1..
formula on mr-robot is(875 ilvl): = 1.36 * Round(2.12 * ItemBudget, 0) * TotalDamageMultiplier * (1 + 0.5 * (BuffStack(RecursiveStrikes)-1))

I have this trinket and it procs really low...5 minutes fight only 2 times..not even 1% of my damage

Is quite usless link damage formula while you are discussing about proc rate.
This item PPM change according your talent spec, Max is Hsurvi with 2.5 ppm, lowest is 0.5 ppm for some specs.

Now, with an average 1PPM (like DH havoc) if u didn't get any proc for 1.5 min , but after this 1.5min it procs for 2 time in row, with a total duration of 30 sec (15+15), you will get 2 procs in 2 min ---> 1PPM

Trinket and enchant use real PPM system, they haven't got any internal cd, PPM is only a medium proc change, often i had got 2 proc in row of Crono shard or other trinket similar, and in counterparty a down time > of trinket's PPM
