Descrierea bugului / Bug description: The heal part doesn't work. Tested in frost spec and the heal is the same

How can you test that in frost spec if it's a blood talent?

cause maybe one day I will walk away and say "you *** disappoint me"

The talent doesn't affect the minimum heal. Only the heal based on damage you have sustained during the preceding 5 sec. Base is 15% add 45% to that and you get almost 22%.

Its the same even if I take 50 % of my HP off from dmg ... It worked 10 days ago
