[Interface] Tab target and nameplates bugged

Bug description: You should not be able to tab target enemy out of combat if you have a target with combat directly infront of you.
Proof tab bug:

I press tab and get grp behind in target, should only jump between the 2 mobs fighting me.

Also another bug I have is nameplates. Somehow they stop working correct in dungeons and sometimes completely disappear.
Also tidyplates turns off inside dungeons, very strange and hard for me to play with class colors or no plates at all

I think everyone has the friendly nameplates not showing issue. I found a post on the official blizzard forums: https://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/20753437585

"With Patch 7.2, we’re disabling the ability for addons to modify the appearance of friendly nameplates while inside dungeon and raid instances."

It's quite annoying to be honest not being able to see friendly nameplates in dungeons or raids, and im not aware of any addon that would make them available.

Ye thats right figured it out myself that blizz changed this.

Nameplates are anyway a minor issue, found a command that disables class colors so it's less eyecancer:

/console ShowClassColorInFriendlyNameplate 0
/reload

What I wanted to demonstrate in my screen is that sometimes even blizz nameplates completely vanish.
As you can see I enable nameplates but nothing shows.
