Character name: Tactrix

Bug description: Whenever I try to use an item that I had before shadowlands it gives me a "no charges left" message. This is just 1 of the items. When as you can clearly see it still has 6 charges left in the bag. The same thing happen when I tried to use the "Bad clams" recipe, or any of the recipes from around that time.
