Bug description: Can't complete the Annals of Light and Shadow for discipline priest hidden artifact appearance

The /script provided by microk2 in the post https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Priest-Discipline-Hidden-Artifact-Skin-t554999.html tells me that I have one quest missing to complete the collection (screenshot 1). However, when I look up that quest on WoW-Freakz questhelper page (screenshot 2), it tells me that I need to collect the Stonetalon Mountains one (which shouldn't be correct), but when I follow the link to the item in question, it says "Object isn't spawned anywhere" (screenshot 3).

I'm pretty sure I have already checked all locations but I only have 11 Annals collected. This was all taken ~15 minutes before the server restart, so I'll check again after the restart and get back to this post to provide updates.

Have you tried Heroic version of Scarlet Halls?
