The /script provided by microk2 in the post https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Priest-Discipline-Hidden-Artifact-Skin-t554999.html tells me that I have one quest missing to complete the collection (screenshot 1). However, when I look up that quest on WoW-Freakz questhelper page (screenshot 2), it tells me that I need to collect the Stonetalon Mountains one (which shouldn't be correct), but when I follow the link to the item in question, it says "Object isn't spawned anywhere" (screenshot 3).

I'm pretty sure I have already checked all locations but I only have 11 Annals collected. This was all taken ~15 minutes before the server restart, so I'll check again after the restart and get back to this post to provide updates.

Ok so after the restart, went back in to check, microk2's script still showing the same. In the meantime, I found a different script that's supposed to show YES/NO values for all locations.

Shows that the one from Flameweaver Koegler's room is missing. So I went ahead and visited Scarlet Halls (again, I already picked up one before making the original post) and naturally, it wasn't there: https://imgur.com/a6Jwr5s

Now I'm definitely stuck and have no idea where to look for the 12th piece.

Have you tried Heroic version of Scarlet Halls?
