Not sure if it a normal thing but:

!.) All the forums are locked, so posting anywhere other than here is the only choice i had to let you know an issue i found game wise.

2) And more importantly. Is it normal for when I go to log in to the game, I enter my password and name correctly, it starts to log in tells me it is trying to bring up realm list then logging in to the server then it goes right back to the log in screen and never completes the log in process. Anyone else has this issue, and if so is there a way to fix it?

Yes is normal it does happen at times for everyone usually for me all i have to do is log in again and it works however if this does not help try and look up your internet connection maybe something is blocking it a firewall maybe?
i usually experience this if i try to log in during peak times but it only happens once and then it works fine.
