Shapeshifting changed in legion so powershifting from cat to cat doesnt work anymore

Can anyone look over the bleeds at feral? Is embarrassing to play feral nowadays in raid. No snapshot, no damage. I'm tired of this 2 month topics not being considered to be fixed for what breaks an entire spec

Its normal to gain falling damage if you charge in travel form? I mean sometimes i charge in travel form and die ..on mop didnt happen that..

I am not sure if its right but as balance when you reach full moon it doest seem to reset is it me or something got bugged?
