Question: should Titanic Strenght (wowhead link) proc from Hand of light mastery, is it considered a melle attack when it procs from CS / TV / DS ?

Divine storm e ranged damage? Hand of light e ranged dmg?

Nu incurca melee autoattack cu melee damage

hand of light e un dmg aditional nu ar trebui sa procuie din el, trebuie sa procuie din melee attacks : crusader strike, divine storm, judgement autoattack.

confirm la matrix.. din auto nu procuie la shaman enha. doar din stormstrike si din lava lash si e si asa proc rateul foarte mic( FOARTE!!!) am avut un bh de 25 cu toti 3 bosii facuti si nu a procuit decat o data la algaloth.

Ieri a fost ok,astazi iar a inceput sa nu mai procuie:

Proc Chance 20% -> La noi chestia asta la ranged cel putin e ceva gen 5% nu 20%

confirm chestia ca nu procuie intrucat am testat azi pe shaman enha la 9m nu a procuit deloc. nici inainte nu procuia la 4 sau 5m dar la 9 tot aparea

Nu mai procuie pentru ca am scos fixul. Este o problema generala la ICD. O sa ma gandesc cum sa fac cand ajung acasa.

Proc chance e de 17.5% problema era ca nu tinea cont de ICD, deci era 100% up.

Cam ciudat ca nu ati observat nici unu

nu era 100% up. tocmai asta era problema... ca nu procuia foarte des.. cred ca avea sansa de proc de maxim 4 sau 5% . acel 100% up nu l-am avut ca enha niciodata. Acuma e reparat? poate fi folosit ok?
