on 2011/12/26 (Patch 4.3.0)       ICD is 60 seconds, making it's uptime high (20 seconds per min is 33.33%). 0.3333 x 1149 crit rating = 383 crit rating on average.

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Wild Growth doesn't grant any stacks. Same for Lifebloom, but I cannot say for sure.
Dovada / Proof: Comments on the item at WoWHead. It should give you 1 stack per person healed @ Wild Growth.
Got no idea about Lifebloom tho.

As I recall, this was a bug on blizz (only one tentacle being able to attack a target at a time), and it was fixed. I'll try and bring some proof.
