Launcher error

Salut, am avut 7.2.5 inaintea lansarii 7.3.5 de si am incercat sa folosesc metoda de transferare de pe 7.2.5 pe 7.3.5, dar am primit o eroare "The program can`t start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this program.". Am instalat clientul complet cu torrent si am primit aceeasi chestie. https://imgur.com/a/Tmxuxgm. Sugestii?
