Legacy Content

I've played briefly on the MoP server so far, enough to get to level 16. Liking it so far, but the quick progression makes it difficult to gain gold (just a note, not complaining).

I was interested in joining the Legion server, but I had a question:

How much of the legacy content is working? In other words, are Garrisons working in WoD? Follower missions? Are legacy raids like Ulduar, Dragon Soul, and Siege of Orgrimmar working? Is there a list of ALL content, from Vanilla through Legion, and its functional status?

That's exactly what I was looking for. I know WoD is generally hated (I personally loved it and like Legion a lot less), but I'm hoping somewhere down the road they will be scripted.

UPDATE:

Downloaded the client yesterday, but could not connect. Game just stayed on "Connecting". I'll try again tonight.

Only reason I want to level to 110 and not stay 90 on Genesis is to go through older content easier. In retail, 110 was a god through MoP content.

I checked all those topics. None specify "Connecting..." and not moving. I'm not receiving a specific error, just not connecting. I doubt my router ports are being blocked since I can connect fine to Genesis. I REALLY don't want to put my computer in a DMZ.

As I said, I'll try again tonight.
