Legacy legendary transmog

Is it possbile to transmog Legacy Legendary Items on new items? I tried to buy a mog like that from site but I can;t find it.
For example Warglaives of Azzinoth for DH.

Hello FUKUTORA,

No, this isn't possible, and is not blizzlike, either.

The only moggable legendary are the Warglaives of Azzinoth, and those only for Demon Hunters. But in order to do so, you must own both old Warglaives from Black Temple, and you must have the achievement for clearing the Timewalking version of Black Temple, which is not yet available on our server.
