[DUPLICATE] Legendary drop system

I don't know if someone added this, so I might as well report it, on retail, there is a "Bad Luck Protection" regarding legendary items, it's pretty easy to explain, and it is explained in one of the reports below regarding legendary items. This thing increases your chance of getting a legendary item every time you had the chance of getting one and didn't get it.
Also, this can be used in order to get some kind of formula done.
Here is a list of other information about legendary items, the most important part being the list of eligible sources.

Ok, so I don't know if this is an overstatement or not, but I think this is enough proof that Bad Luck Protection works pretty poorly, and this serves as proof, you can see in the video how many Skirmisher's Advantage I got, and the Honor Level, those mean I won around 200 arenas but got no legendary. Another thing, which I don't have proof for, except people that have joined, is killing the same rare around 300 times. again, no legendary. And I wouldn't add this right now, I would've farmed some more, if it wasn't for my bags being literally full. (ignore the background sound)

It's extremely small chance to get a legendary from a rare, but still, I don't think they have implemented the bad luck protection since it's pretty complex.

I know, but we were asked to test the legendary drops and I found out that BLP is bugged, so I reported it and added proof.

LOL dude, you clearly don't know how badluck protection is working... lets say you have 0.01% drop change from a skirmish, you gain 1% increanse from badluck protection per skirmish thats 200% increanse, that's only 0.03% your new drop chance is... there is absolutly no way for you to test the bad luck protection system, if it's implemented or not... for that you would know what the actually drop rate of legendary is, and the scaling of the point system it self. And if you think 200 skirmishes will bump your drop rate to any significant drop chance, you are fooling yourself.

Exactly what tweek said, there is no way you can know if the system works or not. It's not like it makes the chance 100% after just a few hundred arenas or rares or whatever.

level 2 prestige and no legendaries, my friend lvl 14 honor and 4 legendaries is ok i hope is the other way on live
