As long as we need to fix all the major issues such as crashes/instability issues & game breaking bugs.

So if i make characters on the PTR legion realm tomorrow and then the bugs get fixed and you guys release the live version of legion. Will my characters be transferred to that live realm or will i have to make new characters?

No. PTR is test realm, characters there wont start from level 1 and it has NOTHING to do with the live realm.

In the case of quests, we fix both those that are reported and those that are not, there are many fixes done daily but we just don't post them all @ forum

PEOPLE, READ THE DAMN TOPIC AND STOP MODIFYING THE TITLES JUST TO HAVE THE BUG REPORT ON THE FIRST PAGE, WHEN WE FIX THE QUESTS WE FIX ONE ZONE AT A TIME, SO IF THE ZONE IS ON PAGE 3 AND YOUR REPORT IS ON PAGE 1, IT WILL NOT BE FIXED

IT IS ALSO HARDER TO TRACK THE DUPLICATE POSTS THAT WAY
