Greetings! I am not sure if players will receive heirlooms at level one, so I'm afraid I can't answer that question. Given the fact that we will strive to offer a good "Legion" experience, the upgrade feature will probably be available. I am fairly certain that the bonuses you receive from wearing heirlooms are tied to the server's experience rate (for example, if you would normally receive 100 experience points for killing a particular mob, you'd get 200 because of the 2x experience rate you've set, with an additional 5% of 200, AKA 10, resulting in a total of 210 points for that mob kill).

Question regarding achievements such as "honorable kills" ones. If i have, for example, 700/1000 honorable kills, and I transfer to legion, will the kill count be reset to the previous achievement (500/1000) or will it be reset to 0? The same question for all similar achievements. Will the counter for those achievements be reset to 0 or to the previous achievement in that line? Daily quests, etc.
And another question regarding pet levels. Will the pet levels be reset to 1 or will we still have level 25 pets?

You should be able to keep your pet levels.
As for honorable kills I dont really have a clue, however I would guess it's gonna start from 0.

How will you port your server customization's to Legion?
For example, in WoD they added a group finder which makes freakz's Raid Finder somewhat redundant now.

The futures that are still viable will be implemented on the Legion realm aswell.
Those that are no longer valid will either be removed or reworked to serve at the same or better degree.

Are artifact weapon's quest's be scripted or you are just going to add an NPC that will give us our weapon's?
Will there be any Emerald Nightmare bosse's scripted on launch?
Will Mythic+ work on launch?

Artifact weapon quests will be scripted, yes.
Emerald Nightmare bosses, probably not immediately.
Mythic+, should be ready with the launch, yes.

I have a suggestion for freakz in general, both realms.
Could you post a list of priorities, so we can see what is up next to be fixed or worked on?

For example:

1. Getting the Legion PTR realm to a playable level
2. Adding Spoils of Pandaria to MOP realm
3. Adding mythic+ in Legion
4. PVE fixes on MOP
5. Adding legendaries on the Legion realm
etc

This is just an example.
Such a list of priorities and things that will be added soon might be appreciated by the player base.

It would be great to have such a list, however the reason we WONT do it is that sometimes schedules/ETA may not go as we expect them and then players will be disappointed.

First we have to make the PTR playable hence we wont open it now .

Shouldn't the PTR be playable now? atleast better than the joke that other servers is.

PTR is currently available to devs only. It will be released to public very soon. We expect it to be done by the end of the month, however this is just an ETA so don't take my word as granted.

When will season 1 be released, considering the current state of the game.

How are classes pertaining to PvP? Is there development specifically towards PvP? Or is it all PvE?

Arena seasons are out of the discussion yet as we are preparing the PTR launch and not the live realm.
As for development we work towards PvE & PvP at the same time.
