Lei Shen Loot Lost + Sha of Pride Issue

Item Name & ID: Sigil (for the legendary quest)

Details: (optional) We were killing Lei Shen (ToT) last night and at 0.45 % HP my WOW crashed for no reason. And i was online the whole time boss died and stuff happened but my WoW was crashed. So i relogged quick and
the guild members told me not to worry because i was online when the boss died so i will get loot. And when i logged back in, i got no Sigil (which is 100% drop rate from Lei Shen) and no items roll even,
but I did get the loot roll (to use token for extra loot) which i used and got a trinket. Which means that i was online when boss died thats why i got the extra loot roll atleast if no item and they told that the
healing trinket also dropped which would have been mine otherwise if my wow crashed. please help.

Also i killed Sha of Pride (SOO) in LFR but it didnt drop any Sigil either ? Isn't Sha of Prides Sigil drop rate also 100% ? well i am not sure about why i didnt get it from LFR but please do help with the above

And give me that armory of the one who had the trinket now, also for Sha isn't 100%, not even for Lei Shen, it 50% 50% for both on Lei Shen, but if the other people from that raid got a sigil, I will give you that sigil.

kk let me ask them if sigil dropped (on retail its 100% drop rate so i didnt know its 50% here on this server)
