Lost item and quest - ET HC

I did ET HC. At exactly 22:17 we got a DC. Murozond was dead, Arrow had dropped, and I had won it since I was the only Agility character. Less than 10 seconds later, when I had equipped it, a DC occurred. When I logged back in, Murozond was still missing (presumed dead), the item was gone and my daily ET quest didn't list Murozond as completed. The drop rate of the item is 8.33%. It is, by all means, a rare item. I have much better gear on Restoration spec, so I have absolutely no reason to fool any GM into thinking this without it actually happening. Even more, to the present moment (21:09 on the 4th) my ET daily still lists Murozond as not completed. Please tell me what to do next. I will patiently wait for a response.
