Till now your lottery selecting system is a mess, if you ever gonna check those who won, their activity is below lame, consider giving those mounts to people who are playing not to those who stopped even in 2013.

^ You guys should make the players select a number, like 1 of 10000, and select a number as a winner, and those who got the number gets the mount.

So far people who have won the mounts log in once a week, or just stopped playing here (Just check their armory...).

Well no. The problem are those people who log once a week/month to play and they can sign up even tho they aren't in-game to do it. Those who don't even play the game or log in once every 2-3 months can sign up like that. Even I who don't play anymore can sign up like that or ask a friend to log in my char once a month to participate in the lottery.

They should have the lottery pick someone who:
Is playing more than once a week/month,
Has more than just Vicious gear,
Isn't in Aeon Nox or Romanian. (I'm joking, joking.)

it's not like they are picking romanian players is just because the servers population is formed mostly from romanian players.

Ok, I've changed the lottery system. You now have to signup in order to participate to the lottery, this should be much better. Since you can only add 1 char per account/IP, everyone will only add their main
