Why do I get insta teleported to Legion Dalaran when entering Vale Of Eternal Blossoms?

Hello. In order to have access to the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, you first need to complete this quest: https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=31395&&name=a-celestial-experience. You get teleported to Dalaran, because you haven't completed that quest.
