Bug description: Blazing Speed increases only ground running speed. It should increase all speeds(run/flight/swim)

Could you bring a changelog or something like that? Last time I checked, MOP didn't have that last line with Speed boost.

Blizzard did not change the spell's speed modifying effects.
This speed effect is not like druid's dash or rogue's sprint.
They just changed it from a trigger proc spell into a controlled spell in tier one talents. http://guildmystics.milodino.com/tag/blazing-speed/

Why would Blizzard remove the speed effect just to add it back later in WoD?

It's an emulator bug.
I play on different MoP and WoD servers and all emulators have the same common bugs.

Did you check the bug or you checked just the screenshot and the interface? I'm posting bugs not corrupt screenshots.
Last time i checked Blizzard is on patch 6.2.4 WoD, that doesn't mean they radically changed spells or mechanics.
