[Mage][Teleport: Shattrath] is not in teleport menu

WoW Freakz spell link: Database currently unavailable

Bug description: Teleport: Shattrath spell is not to be found in the spell menu after i learnt it (character name is Timetraveler). I did delete the cache folder and start the game with no addons but it didn't resolve my problem. I had the same problem in the past with another mage and a game master quickly fixed it ingame by teleporting me to an island and fixing it on the spot. On this mage, i opened a ticket and explained the problem like i did here and a gm answered and told me to delete the cache folder and try again (which i previously did as explained)- it was like he didn't even read the explanation, so it was useless.

I haven't Teleport: Shattrath spell too, but just Portal: Shattrath. Maybe it's a general bug.

Yes it is a general bug, as you say, but nobody reported it.

Confirmed, Trainers do not teach Portal to Shattrah
