Uninstall Google Chrome, unless you want the NSA to spy on you. And no, looks like it is just a false positive.

It appears that sleepyfellows image is from wow.mmodb.com which makes google think that there is something evil there

It is safe.
These things appear if some malicious code is injected into the ads that are displayed or there are links to sites that google considers to be malware on the page you're trying to load.
