Bug description: When u have those 2 set piece equiped its supose to deal dmg to your target only. But sometimes instead of dealing dmg to the target it does dmg to you. So far i found that stealth ( rogue spell ) triggering the effect+ all the pereodic healings from other classes and some procking auras.
