Mark Of Honor Points

I have a quick question on how to get mark of honor points. Getting into battlegrounds takes forever for me and im wondering if there are any other ways to get them?

Are world quests for high levels only? Or for all levels?

World Quests in Legion are max-level content designed to be an improvement over daily quests.

At 110 and after you complete the quest "Uniting the isles" you will unlock "World Quests" so some of the quests are pvp quests, requiring you to kill some horde troops, their captain and even horde players in order to be completed.
Those quests do not reward honor tokens always.
